Mac-Mod Avantor ACE C8, 100 Å, 3 µm, 4.0 x 150 mm HPLC Column
Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC guard columns are available for all 1.7 and 2 µm particle sizes across all 2.1 mm - 4.6 mm column ID - Note: H0011 connects directly to the analytical column - Guard column cartridges are available in 3-packs. Mac-Mod Vydac 238MS C18, 300 Å, 5 µm, 2.1 x 250 mm HPLC Column
Vydac TP was the first range of wide pore media phases developed and became the industry standard for peptide and protein separations. The 300 ¿TP silica gives polypeptide molecules complete access to the interior of the silica pores. Vydac TP is known for long column lifetime and negligible phase leaching. Vydac TP provides reliable protein purifications, scalable from analytical to preparative scale. Vydac 218TP and 238TP are used for small polypeptides of 4-5kDa, enzymatic digest fragments, natural and synthetic peptides and multi-ring compounds. Vydac 208TP is recommended for polypeptides of molecular weight 10-20kDa. Vydac 214TP is recommended for the analysis of glycoproteins, hemoglobin variants, histones, insulin variants and membrane proteins. Vydac 219TP is suitable for polypeptides with aromatic side chains, large hydrophobic proteins, membrane-spanning peptides, lipid peptides and fusion proteins from inclusion bodies.

Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix Ca-NP10, 5% Crosslinkage, 4.6 x 300 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively. The PS/DVB support has cross-linking degree of 5%, 8% and 10% with the particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform particle size adds the benefit of high separation efficiency to Carbomix. Carbomix resins have been specifically designed for high resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and nucleic acids.
